DRI seizes 137 kg crystal meth in Tamil Nadu
The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) busted a coastal drug trafficking network in Tamil Nadu, seizing a massive consignment.
- DRI seized 137 kg crystal methamphetamine in Nagapattinam district, Tamil Nadu.
- The contraband, valued at over Rs 100 crore, was intended for smuggling to Sri Lanka.
- Four persons were arrested under the NDPS Act, 1985.
- Rs 10 lakh in cash was also seized during the operation on 16–17 October 2026.
