DRI busts gold smuggling syndicate, seizes ₹14.13 crore goods
The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) dismantled a gold smuggling ring, seizing significant assets and arresting six individuals.
- DRI seized gold, silver, and cash worth over ₹14.13 crore.
- 8286.81 grams of gold valued at ₹13.41 crore were confiscated.
- Six persons involved in the syndicate were arrested.
- Operations spanned Delhi and Kolkata.
- Seizures made under the Customs Act, 1962.
