e-Jagriti Platform Wins Silver Award for Digital Transformation
**e-Jagriti**, the consumer grievance platform, received the **Silver Award** at the National Awards for e-Governance 2026 for digital transformation.
- e-Jagriti secured the Silver Award under Category I at the NAeG 2026.
- The platform unified four legacy applications and launched on 1 January 2025.
- Over 2.07 lakh cases have been disposed of, achieving a 90.75 per cent disposal rate.
- It has enabled 3,312 NRI users, with 751 complaints filed.
- During FY 2025-26, disposal rates exceeded 100% in several states including NCDRC and Uttarakhand.

West Bengal joins Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY scheme
West Bengal is set to become the 36th State/UT to implement the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY).
- A MoU will be signed tomorrow between NHA and Government of West Bengal.
- West Bengal will be the 36th State/UT to implement AB PM-JAY.
- The scheme provides health cover of up to ₹5 lakh per family per year.
💡 Remember, West Bengal is the 36th to join AB PM-JAY for ₹5 lakh health cover.

India's Business Environment: Significant Improvement in Global Rankings
India's business environment has significantly improved, as reflected in various global assessments from 2014 to 2025.
- India's rank in World Bank's Doing Business Report improved from 142 in 2014 to 63 in 2019.
- India's rank in IMD World Competitiveness Ranking improved from 43 in 2021 to 41 in 2025.
- India was placed in Group A of World Bank's GovTech Maturity Index in 2020, 2022 and 2025.
- India achieved a very high score in the Online Services Index of the United Nations E-Government Survey.
