National Statistical Commission Gets New Leadership
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved new appointments to the National Statistical Commission (NSC).
- Dr. Saibal Chattopadhyay is appointed as the Chairperson.
- Prof. Shubhabrata Das, Shri Satyendra Bahadur Singh, and Dr. Madhavan Mukund are Members.
- NSC was set up in 2005 to evolve and monitor statistical standards.
- NSC consists of a part-time Chairperson, four part-time Members, and the CEO, NITI Aayog.

Green Hydrogen Certification Portal Launched, Mission Progress Highlighted
Union Minister **Pralhad Joshi** launched the **Green Hydrogen Certification Portal of India (GHCI)** to enhance transparency in the green hydrogen sector.
