CCI Approves Great White Global and ITVIS Acquisitions
The Competition Commission of India (CCI) approved the acquisition of equity in **Great White Global Pvt Ltd** and sole control over **ITVIS Innovations Pvt Ltd**.
- The CCI approved the acquisition of 50% equity in Great White Global Private Limited.
- Acquiring entities include ISAF III Onshore Fund and the Continuing Promoter (Mr. Mehul Jadavji Shah, Ms. Julie Mehul Shah and Mehul Shah HUF).
- Great White is an Indian fast-moving electrical goods (FMEG) and electrical infrastructure products company.
- The CCI also approved Mr. Mehul Shah's acquisition of sole control over ITVIS Innovations Private Limited.

PMKKKY: Sharing Mining Wealth with Affected Communities
Pradhan Mantri Khanij Kshetra Kalyan Yojana (PMKKKY) uses District Mineral Foundation (DMF) funds for welfare projects in mining-affected areas.
- PMKKKY was launched on 17th September 2015 to benefit mining-affected regions.
- It is implemented by District Mineral Foundations (DMFs), non-profit trusts.
